Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping:
- You may cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing [wecare@merakishirts.com] with your order number.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Cancellation is free of charge if requested before dispatch.
- For prepaid orders (Easypaisa/JazzCash): Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- After Shipping:
- Once your order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may return the item(s) as per our Return Policy below.
Returns
- Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Return requests must be made within 07 days of delivery.
- Process:
- Email [wecare@merakishirts.com] to request a return authorization.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Approved Returns:
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- COD Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the customer’s provided Pakistani bank account. Ensure you include accurate account details in your return request.
- Easypaisa/JazzCash Orders: Refunds will be sent to the same Easypaisa/JazzCash account used for payment.
- Non-Refundable Costs:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Defective/Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us immediately at [wecare@merakishirts.com]. We will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement.
Important Notes for Pakistan
- All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to availability and may require partial prepayment in high-risk areas.
- Refunds for JazzCash/Easypaisa may take 3-5 business days depending on your mobile wallet provider.
